It is our goal to respond within 24 hours.Our Polices, terms, and conditions of sale:WARRANTY:All products are covered by applicable manufacturer's warranties and are honored at any authorized dealer in your local area.
RETURNS:Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary.
We accept returns of NEW & UNSERVICED merchandise within 30 days of customer's receipt of the product.
The customer may choose to receive a product exchange or a credit by the same means payment was made.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of the following:
- Merchandise which has been used.
- Merchandise which has been serviced.
- Merchandise which has been fueled.
All returns will be processed 1-2 weeks after receipt, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles to show credit.
Notation & Packaging:Merchandise must include all accessories packed in the original factory carton in a resaleable condition.
Merchandise not in original packaging will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.Incomplete returns will recieve a credit reflecting any missing parts/accessories.
Return Shipping:The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse.
All shipments must be labeled with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.Returns not clearly labeling this number on the outside of the package will be refused.
